Unable to find XML setup file (sef.xml)

Hello, i get error after installing SEF. When I enter Admin -> Components -> JoomlaSEF I only see blank screen.

Unable to find XML setup file (sef.xml).
Please report this error verbatim to the component author.


Any idea how to fix it?
