WHIP Shipping for Joomla v15x HELP!!

I have installed WHIP Shipping for Joomla v15x on Joomla 1.5.6 and VirtueMart 1.1.3
I have setup the component to use the Shipper and Shipper Rate tables. I created 2 Shipping rates for UPS and 1 for FEDEX but when I checkout the shipping cost is not calculated correctly. I have attache 2 pics to show you my configuration also you can go to: http://www.iloveperfume.us I have debug on so you can see the error

NOTE: please use the perfume named SOLUCION as a test is the only one that has a weight included in the product's configuration
I will appreciate your help. This is kicking my A.....

One more thing. I have 336 items in my database I went to PHP Admin and ran a SQL statement to update the weight in all the products before I did that my shipping calculation where working fine after that everything got out of control. I ran another SQL statement and SET the jos_vm_product-->product_weight = '0.0000' but it didn't work I still have the same problem.

Please take a look and shine some light this way..
